See our current Catalog for more information. Tuition payments may be made by cash, check, money order, or credit or debit card (American Express, Discover, VISA and MasterCard).
Online payment of full tuition and fees may be made via Self-Service in the MyCCCC Portal student account with a credit or debit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or VISA).
Students paying tuition and fees via credit card will receive any associated refunds on the credit card used for the initial payment.
NOTE: Personal check payment requires the following information on the face of the check:
- The current physical address of the person who signs the check.
- The student’s Coastal Student ID Number.
A fee of $25.00 will be assessed for any dishonored check, such as those returned for insufficient funds, or those upon which a stop payment order has been issued.
For your convenience, tuition payments can be made at any time using the drop box located at the main entrance of the James L. Henderson, Jr. Administration Building. This drop box is easily accessible from Western Boulevard using the circle drive.
A drop box for tuition payments is available all year long outside the Security Office in the Student Center. This drop box is accessible any time the building is open. During registration periods, a temporary drop box for tuition payments will be set up in the Student Center.
All drop box tuition payments should be accompanied by the front copy of the Registration Form.

Student Fees and Instructional Technology Fees
Student fees are collected each semester and are used to support approved co-curricular and extracurricular programs including student government, clubs and organizations, educational activities, graduation, student handbooks, and other beneficial services for students. Student fees are non-refundable after classes begin.
Instructional technology fees are collected each semester to support the costs of procuring, maintaining, and operating technology necessary for instructional purposes, including, but not limited to, a learning management system as well as technology hardware and software. Instructional technology fees are non-refundable after class begins.
When a student, having paid the required student fees for a semester, dies during that semester (prior to or on the last day of examinations), fees for that semester may be refunded to the estate of the deceased.
