Camp Lejeune has a variety of classrooms available to instructors. All classrooms feature an 80" big screen television that connects via HDMI or DisplayPort on laptops that can be provided upon request.
Additional items available upon request:
- Large writing easels.
- Presentation clickers.
- Single laptops for instructor use.
- Copies of the current selection for One Book, One Community.
- Laptop cart for 20 students, including printer.
- Computer Lab 217 accommodates 20 students.
- Computer Lab 216 accommodates 12 students.
- ACA 122 Guest Speaker for Academic Advising/Counseling related modules.
Military Off-Campus Sites locations must follow the Official Dress Code as set forth by the John A. Lejeune Education Center. In an effort to maintain a professional relationship, please keep the following in mind:
- No flip flops/shower shoes.
- No spandex, or athletic wear.
- No spaghetti strap or sleeveless style clothing.
- No offensive logos or writing.
- No distressed jeans; i.e., holes.
- No hats.

The University Café offers a variety of breakfast and lunch items in a fast/casual setting. There are also vending machines located in the University Café.

All faculty and staff who do not have base access must receive a Contractor ID from the Contractor Vetting Office located at the Wilson Gate aboard Camp Lejeune.
The Contractor Pass Request Form must be submitted through Etrieve. Please ensure that the information on this form matches the information on the identification you will provide to the Contractor Vetting Office. Once your application has been received, the average processing time is two business days. You will receive a packet with additional information and the required documentation that you will need to bring to the Contractor Vetting Office.
What to Expect Upon Arrival to Contractor Vetting Office
The Contractor Vetting Office is located at the Wilson Gate aboard Camp Lejeune. When entering the base, please stay in the far left lane. You will see the Contractor Vetting Office on the left, prior to entering the gate. Please keep in mind that there are a limited number of people permitted inside the building at a time. The hours of operation are 6:00 am - 2:00 pm. The wait times vary, and you may be expected to wait outside for longer periods of time. Please dress accordingly.
To expedite the process of receiving a Contractor ID, you have the option to schedule an appointment at the Contractor Vetting Office. To do so, you will to need to complete and bring the form that is included in your packet, as well as the documents, two forms of identification, proof of automobile insurance, and your vehicle registration card.
The Contractor Vetting Office will contact you to schedule an appointment once the appropriate documents have been received. Please keep in mind that this process can take up to seven business days. If you elect to not utilize the appointment system, the contractor vetting process can take several hours.
