The property shown below has been declared surplus and is no longer suitable or desirable for College purposes. It is available for purchase, as is, without warranty. No representation is made as to condition.

Please coordinate payment and pick-up with Carol Lurz, Director of Physical Plant and Auxiliary Services, at extension 6343. Payment should be tendered directly to the Business Office. If applicable, sealed bids should be tendered to Carol Lurz, on or before the date indicated. Note, the College reserves the right to reject any bid deemed inadequate.
