Submit Your Documents:
Complete our intake form and submit any other required documents as instructed. You must complete this form each time you are using a new VA education benefit or if you are returning from a break in enrollment for longer than three (3) semesters
Request an enrollment certification each semester after you have registered for classes.
Note: Failure to submit this form may cause a delay in the processing of enrollment information, which may delay benefit payments disbursed by the Department Veterans Affairs.
Verify Your Enrollment:
Once your Enrollment Certification Request Form has been processed by the Veterans Programs Department at Coastal Carolina Community College, your information will be submitted to the Department of Veterans Affairs for processing. Please wait up to two (2) business days to verify your certification has been received by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
After your enrollment has begun, you may be required by the Department of Veterans Affairs to verify your enrollment at the end of each month while your enrollment is active. This requirement applies to:
- Ch30 Montgomery GI Bill-Active Duty
- Ch33 Post-9/11 GI Bill
- Fry Scholarship
- Transferred education benefits for family members
- Ch35 Survivors’ and Dependents’ Education Assistance (while pursuing certificate or diploma programs)
