Leadership in Public Safety Organizations (LPSO) Program Training sponsored by CCCC – Congrats Graduates!

Leadership in Public Safety Organizations (LPSO) Program Training sponsored by Coastal Carolina Community College. Employees from multiple agencies to include but not limited to Onslow County Sheriff's office, Jacksonville Police Department, and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) completed three weeks of intensive leadership training. The Leadership in Public Safety Organizations (LPSO) program, developed by the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), explores leadership at every level of an organization—from leading individuals and teams to leading entire organizations. Throughout the course, participants gained a deeper understanding of modern behavioral science and leadership theories that influence human motivation, job satisfaction, and performance in achieving organizational goals. They also learned practical frameworks for translating knowledge and experience into effective leadership actions, integrating leadership principles into their daily responsibilities, and fostering a lifelong commitment to the study and practice of effective leadership. Congratulations to all of the LPSO graduates on this outstanding accomplishment and their commitment to strengthening leadership in public safety.
