Should it become necessary to close the College because of adverse weather (storms, ice, snow, etc.) the President of the College or his representative will contact local media and make an announcement. The College is committed to delivery of instructional services for which the students have paid tuition. Therefore, in the event class time is missed due to adverse weather, the College will make every effort to deliver course content.
A variety of mechanisms may be employed to make up course content. These include, but are not limited to, adding additional minutes to remaining class sessions, assigning out-of-class or online coursework, assigning class projects, holding classes during scheduled breaks, or extending the semester.
